Toys, coloring books and crayons!

The one thing that helps me to stop crying after a natural disaster like a tornado-and OK has had not one but many the last few days–is being able to help. So tomorrow I am driving my Dodge Dakota Quad Cab (that God provided) from Bartlesville, OK to Chickasha, OK about a two and one half hour drive. I will be taking all new toys, some that were donated by a Square Dance Club in OK for OK, some toys Garan, Inc sent to us and some stuffed animals that a local family donated.

I am asking folks in the Bartlesville- Dewey area to donate diapers, wipes and jars of baby food to fill up the truck for the kiddos. If you are reading this and live in the Bartlesville-Dewey area and want to have me pick up a donation, please call me at 918-214-1701. Or meet me at Walmart at 9:30 pm tonight.

We have already given away hundreds of diapers and hundreds of jars of baby food that was donated for the hard hit area. But if we want to keep helping we will need more donations of diapers and baby food, or of course a check or a PayPal donation–the link is on the right hand side of this page. Thanks~Mikaela

About Mikaela

If being goofy yet loving the Lord with your whole heart is you then we'll be great friends! I also like dressing up like a clown, and having fun with kids as after all it fits my personality! I love Jesus and He is my Lord and Savior. I have been happily married to Russell Hulstine since 1977. We have 3 children and 5 GRAND children. I love to read and play with my grandchildren. I was lead to start Heart 4 Children Ministries a 501 (C) (3) and love being able to help children smile again who have been through rough situations like abuse and tornadoes. Many time my husband (and our dog, Coko "The Disaster Relief Dog"), accompany me on Disaster Relief trips especially when they are in Oklahoma.
